Armed with a Professional Master in Construction Project Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Azraai brings an unparalleled blend of strategic leadership and technical expertise to the table. His deep knowledge in project management, risk assessment, and construction planning has positioned him as a pivotal force in driving operational success across numerous high-profile projects.

Throughout his career, Azraai has held various senior roles, including Construction Project Manager, Senior Technical Executive, and Project Manager, demonstrating a consistent ability to manage complex construction operations. His recent tenure as Construction Project Manager at MMGS Engineering saw him expertly managing teams and subcontractors, ensuring the seamless execution of interior design projects at Menara Chulan.

Previously, as a Senior Technical Executive at Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera, Azraai was instrumental in delivering multi-million-ringgit projects such as the RMAF Subang Base (RM127 million) and the Police Air Base (RM243 million). His role encompassed cost optimization, contract management, and timeline coordination, significantly contributing to project efficiency and profitability.

His early career as a Project Manager at Pembinaan SPPH and Quantity Surveyor at Perunding Kos Putra further honed his capabilities in procurement, cost control, and resource management. Azraai's meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking ensured the success of projects like the Resort Hotel (RM60 million) and Maritime Training Center (RM45 million), along with vital public sector works, including the Parliament upgrade and PDRM housing repair.

Her skills encompass the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), contract management, and handling both Design & Build and Conventional project tenders.
